And when a job is genuinely hard, like a second storey on an existing home or a period building that needs to become something else, we’ll still help you out. Nat learned that work from his dad. Most builders around here can’t do it.

Before you enquire
Straight answers
Do I need plans before I contact you?
Nope. In fact, coming to us early means we can work alongside your designer instead of pricing a set of drawings you can’t afford to build. If you already have plans, that’s fine too — we can often move faster to contract.
Do you work outside Ballarat?
We work across Ballarat and about an hour around it, including Creswick, Daylesford, Buninyong and Ballan. Staying close to home means the boys sleep in their own beds and you get our crew on site, not one we’ve had to hire out.
Can we stay in the house during a renovation?
It’s possible, depending on the project. It takes longer and needs more planning, but we’ve staged renovations so families can live in one half of the house while we work on the other. It saves paying rent on top of a mortgage.
Who is actually on my site?
The same team you meet with during the design consultation stage. We bring in specialist trades where the job needs them, but the crew running your site works for us.
